Custodial services are needed for certain room reservations, particularly for events with a large anticipated audience or facilities without regular custodial services. The type of custodial service needed is usually assigned by the director or manager of the facility in which the event is being held. Custodial services are not usually required for events held in the Perkins Student Center or Trabant University Center.

Note: Custodial services are not used for outside events. For outside clean-up please complete the Miscellaneous Services Request Form.

Custodial Rates

• One Custodian at Regular Time: Approximately $20.00 an hour
• Custodians are paid for a minimum of three hours (even if the event is less than three hours)
• "CLEAN-UP AFTER EVENT": Approximately $70.00
• PLEASE NOTE: Prices quoted are for estimate only and can change without notice.

To Order This Service

1. Verify that your group will have sufficient funds to pay for this service by contacting your organization treasurer. Services are billed to student groups through their internal account.
2. Submit this form at least 2 weeks in advance of date needed.
3. Services are not confirmed until a request is completed in the Activities & Programs Office, and received by the Service Department.
4. The Associate Director for Activities & Programs MUST approve all requests for service.
