Contact Media Services at 831-3559 to verify that the facility is available, get rate information, and reserve a date. RSOs using either facility are responsible for charges resulting from rental fees, services arranged or provided by Media Services, and any misuse or neglect of the facility.

To Order This Service

  1. Verify that your group will have sufficient funds to pay for this service by contacting your organization treasurer. Services are billed to student groups through their internal account.
  2. Submit this form at least 2 weeks in advance of date needed.
  3. Services are not confirmed until a request is completed in the Activities & Programs Office, and received by the Service Department.
  4. The Associate Director for Activities & Programs or designee MUST approve all requests for service.
