Miscellaneous Services Request Form

The materials listed here may be needed for outdoor events or large programs. The rates on these services vary. Groups are advised to confirm prices with the respective departments and/or services being requested.

  • Tables and Chairs: Large quantities of tables/chairs are available from University Movers. Rates vary depending on where and when services are needed.
  • Outdoor Tents: Large tents are available from University Dining Services. You must call them at 831-6761 for more information and ordering.
  • Risers/Stage: Risers for making stages in rooms or outside areas are available from University Movers. Contact them at 831-6917 for sizes, options, and to reserve the materials.
  • Tarps: A tarp is generally required to cover the floor for events in Carpenter or Pearson Gym. A tarp is available through University Movers. Your group may also rent a tarp from an outside agency.
  • Trash Cans: Trash cans or clean-up for outdoor events is requested from Plant Operations.

To Order This Service

  1. Verify that your group will have sufficient funds to pay for this service by contacting your organization treasurer. Services are billed to student groups through their internal account.
  2. Submit this form at least 2 weeks in advance of date needed.
  3. Services are not confirmed until a request is completed in the Activities & Programs Office, and received by the Service Department.
  4. The Associate Director for Activities & Programs MUST approve all requests for service.
