Motorpool Request for Service Form

Before filling out this form please review all travel policies for student groups at http://www.udel.edu/student-centers/policy/index.html. In addition to this form to request a vehicle(s) you must also complete the travel form (G1) from our forms site. If there are any problems during the trip, call Public Safety, (302) 831-2222, immediately.

To Order This Service

  1. Verify that your group will have sufficient funds to pay for this service by contacting your organization treasurer. Services are billed to student groups through their internal account.
  2. Submit this form with as much advance notice as possible.
  3. Services are not confirmed until a request is completed in the Activities & Programs Office, and received by the Service Department.
  4. The Associate Director for Activities & Programs MUST approve all requests for service.
